ABOUT ABOUT

Explore the fascinating lives of bats at twilight in celebration of the fall equinox! Wildlife researchers will guide the group on a mile walk to observe these nocturnal winged wonders utilizing a bat detector and emerging from their roosting site.  This is a unique experience to learn about the ecological benefits of bats and the local conservation efforts at a remote, limited access park location.  Please bring a flashlight. This program is ideal for ages 7+.  Space is limited so please carpool to the event (only 6 cars can park at this venue)
