Ragle Ranch Regional Park contains 3.56 miles of trails with excellent birding and wildlife-viewing opportunities. The trails give clues to the history of this park with the occasional pear tree. This seasonal wetland doesn’t look like a ranch, but then why the name? Who owned what is now Ragle Ranch Regional Park? Was it a cattle ranch? Join Sonoma County Parks for their series Stories of the Land and explore Atascadero Creek’s rich history as we leisurely walk back in time to Ragle’s ranching days.
