ABOUT ABOUT

Join Aging Together and Sonoma County Parks for Age Out Loud, Age Outside, a free event celebrating older adults and the Sonoma County Regional Parks 50th Anniversary. The day will be spent enjoying music, walks, games and lunch at Spring Lake Regional Park. Hear Sonoma County resident Ted Eliot, former U.S. Ambassador to Afghanistan and an avid senior outdoorsman and birder, interviewed by his friend Caryl Hart, Sonoma County Regional Parks Director.

This is a free event. Registration includes the conversation with Ted Eliot, lunch, activities and transportation to and from Spring Lake Park. Space is limited and registration is required.

Please bring a water bottle along with anything needed to be comfortable spending the day outside. (layered clothing, sunscreen, hat, sturdy walking shoes, etc.) Bring your printed ticket for free parking at Spring Lake.

If an accommodation is needed for this event, please request in advance by contacting Nick Yanez, Human Services Department, 707-565-5855.
