Sonoma County has one of the most biodiverse coastlines in the nation. Get a glimpse into the marvelous underwater wilderness during a 1.5-mile round-trip walk to the ocean, tide pool exploration and scavenger hunt in the cool winter afternoon sun. Anemones? Please bring your own water and snacks. We recommend participants dress in layers and bring a hat, and sunscreen. Most programs will happen rain or shine, but will be cancelled during heavy rains, heavy smoke, or extreme temperatures. Kayaking programs are weather and wind dependent. Accommodations will be made for visitors with disabilities upon advance request.
