Spring Lake Park is popular with all levels of hikers, bikers and equestrians. There are paved and dirt trails that make the park one of the most accessible in our system. All the trails are lined with trees, bushes, and other vegetation. Join Regional Parks as we prune these trails making it easier for visitors to pass one another and for emergency vehicles to access all areas of the park. Volunteers will meet in the parking lot next to the snack bar for a short intro and safety talk. Registration is required for this volunteer event. Please bring your own water and snacks. We recommend participants dress in layers and bring a hat, and sunscreen. Most programs will happen rain or shine, but will be cancelled during heavy rains, heavy smoke, or extreme temperatures. Kayaking programs are weather and wind dependent. Accommodations will be made for participants with disabilities upon advance request.
