Bring your junior scientists over to the Environmental Discovery Center to enjoy a kids-only science activity hour. Adults can head out into the park to enjoy rejuvenating, kid-free time in nature! Activities are ideal for children ages 6-12 and themes change each month. The cost is $10 per child in county, $12 out of county and registration is required for each session. Please bring your own water and snacks. We recommend participants dress in layers and bring a hat, and sunscreen. Most programs will happen rain or shine, but will be cancelled during heavy rains, heavy smoke, or extreme temperatures. Kayaking programs are weather and wind dependent. Accommodations will be made for visitors with disabilities upon advance request. Parking $7 or free for Regional Parks members.
