Look up at the night skies to witness the Perseid’s meteor shower at this bilingual (Spanish/English) family friendly event. The comet, Swift-Tuttle, is the largest object known to repeatedly pass by earth, and the debris, meteors, left behind will be visible that evening. Come talk about astrology, comets, and star stories in the company of other nature-inspired families. We will hike up to the Umbrella Tree, enjoy potluck-style snacks or desserts, and stargaze so please bring an item to share and a flashlight.
