All professional rescuers start their training somewhere! Regional Parks invites participants to start their rescue careers at Spring Lake with our expert open-water lifeguards. Campers will experience first-hand how open-water lifeguards are trained. They will learn swimming and paddling rescues, boating safety, first aid and CPR through a week of training and fun. Highlights include kayaking, swimming, time on the new inflatable Water Park, and a final lifeguard competition with a BBQ to show-off learned skills. Ages 9-16.
