Deepen your connection to the natural world through writing and sketching. Explore, observe, and identify the inspiring flora and fauna of our Regional Parks. Each session includes instruction on artistic techniques. Please bring your own journal, pencils, pen, watercolor palette and folding chair to allow for distanced seating. Registration required for all participants including adults, all ages and artistic abilities welcome.
Landscapes and Vistas – Enjoy the sweeping vistas of the saltwater marsh while learning tips and tricks to capturing landscape observations in your journal. Learn about texture and color as we draw quick mini-landscapes and practice color mixing with watercolors.
